blog question

Explain what you know about the periodic table
- The Periodic Table is a table with all of the elements and their symbols are organized into periods and groups. A man named Mendeleev founded the periodic table in the 1800s. The table tells how many protons and electrons are in an element PLUS the number of neutrons (but that might take a little math!). The table also shows different families: the halogen family, the akali metal family, and the noble gas family. Each element has a mass number, an atomic number, and an atomic weight.
